At Carmina Wood Design we provide a wide range of services, including planning, entitlements, construction documents, stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), and site-related inspections.

We have an extensive background with several projects, including single-family subdivisions, multi-family developments, and commercial and industrial developments. When obtaining necessary approvals, we regularly represent our clients in front of municipal boards.

Our department prepares the necessary applications to obtain agency approvals for water, sanitary sewer, and New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) work permits. We regularly contact local utilities to coordinate applications and services for our projects.
