Centered in Buffalo’s historic African American Heritage Corridor, this mixed-use adaptive reuse project encompasses four historic buildings anchoring the corner of Broadway and Michigan Avenue just east of Buffalo’s downtown. A conglomeration of architectural styles, each of the four buildings unique characteristics will be celebrated in the restoration of each of their facades and in the reuse of their interior spaces, which will feature store-front commercial space on the first floor and eighteen new apartment units above.
