The official ribbon cutting at Olbiston Apartments in Utica, NY took place on Thursday August 8th. The project, a collaboration between Carmina Wood Design, Liberty Affordable Housing and Gaetano Construction breathes new life into a historic building, provides critical affordable housing, and a community room on the top floor complete with a computer lab.
