We partnered with Community Services for Every1, and CSS Construction from the ground up on their new low income apartments. This $7 million new construction project located at 264 Ridge Road in Lackawanna has become 32 apartments made up of one and two bedroom units. It is complete with a small play ground and large green space area for tenants to use.
