The Oaks at South Park is a redevelopment for Cutaia Acquisitions LLC, consisting of the construction of 19, 2-story 8-unit apartment buildings with 8-vehicle attached garages. Development of the site will include on site utility improvements and a total of 278 open parking spaces. The site is approximately 27.50 acres located on the east side of South Park Avenue (US-62) with eastern extents at Bayview Road. Hilbert College is located along the southern property line & a portion of the existing Immaculata Academy high school building will be reused as a community center for the development. As part of an agreement with the Hilbert College campus, the development will also include the construction of new sod baseball and softball fields.
