The Links at Ivy Ridge was a seven year project, conceptualized and constructed by Mr. Donald Nicholas and Mr. James Fiske. The sprawling design of the Club House belies it’s rather conservative scope. Totaling 4,500 Square Feet, the new building was deigned around the 19th century farm house saved by the developers. The farmhouse became the focal point for design and massing.
