LOFTS AT UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS
We partnered with CB Emmanuel Realty LLC to convert School 63 into loft apartments. The period in which the school had historic significance was 1917 and 1925. Original bricks were refurbished and “boys” and “girls” entrances were kept on either side of the school among other things that made the building significant for historic tax credits.
