The former industrial complex encompasses over 170,000 SF of space situated along 400 LF of Erie Barge Canal waterfront in the City of North Tonawanda. As part of the city’s reclamation of their historic waterfront, the building was restored and adaptively reused as a mixed use residential and commercial development.
