The Hamister Group retained Carmina Wood Design to design the structure’s reconstruction and restoration, securing Historic Preservation Tax Credits necessary to fund the project’s implantation.  The Tishman Building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2012 and re-opened its doors to the public in October 2014.
